About the role
PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri' is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor (Apoteker) to join our dynamic team in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a contract role, offering the chance to contribute to the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient, safe and compliant manufacturing processes
Monitor production workflows, identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
Oversee the work of production teams, providing guidance, training and performance management
Ensure production activities adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to optimise operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and schedules
What we're looking for
Degree in Pharmacy with a valid Apoteker license
Minimum 2 years' experience in a production supervisor or management role within the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of managing production teams and driving operational excellence
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
