Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau D3.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan formulasi kompon dan material sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

  • Melakukan pengujian dan evaluasi terhadap hasil pengembangan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.

  • Memberikan dukungan teknis dalam kegiatan problem solving, termasuk analisis akar penyebab terhadap permasalahan produk.

  • Bersedia membantu pelaksanaan pekerjaan Quality Control (QC) pada produk karet lainnya apabila diperlukan.
