Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Golang.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Familiar with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or message brokers is a plus.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and backend performance optimization.
- Banking industry experience is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Golang.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support deployment activities and production releases.
