Drafter :
- Membuat gambar desain (Denah & 3D)
- Membuat dan menyusun spesifikasi mutu bangunan
- Membuat dan menyusun gambar kerja (Arsitektural, struktural dan MEP)
- Membuat gambar detail untuk tahapan pekerjaan yang akan dikerjakan
Estimator :
- Melakukan perhitungan material dari spesifikasi dan gambar
- Melakukan perhitungan volume pekerjaan dengan acuan gambar
- Melakukan perhitungan RAB, RAP, dan Time Schedule
- Melakukan perhitungan untuk kebutuhan tenaga, alat dan bahan saat akan memulai pekerjaan.
