Job Description
As part of the AIRROWES GLOBAL LOGISTIK team, you will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing all customs declaration documents in full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all import and export declarations, support smooth customs clearance processes, and coordinate closely with operations, clients, and customs authorities to resolve any document-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and complete all customs declaration forms including PIB, PEB, BC 1.1, BC 2.3, and other supporting documents for import and export shipments
Verify all shipment details, HS codes, invoice values, packing lists, and consignee/exporter data for full accuracy before submission
Process customs declarations through the INSW system
Coordinate with operations team, clients, and customs officials to resolve document discrepancies or missing requirements
Maintain organized filing and digital records of all customs declarations and related documents
Update team on declaration status, approval progress, and any required adjustments
Stay updated on latest changes to Indonesian customs regulations and declaration procedures
Support smooth clearance for LCL, FCL, and special cargo shipments
Job Specifications
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as PPJK Drafter, Customs Document Officer, or related role in logistics / freight forwarding / customs services
Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of customs procedures are welcome to apply
Hands-on experience with INSW system and HS classification is highly preferred
Education
Minimum High School / Vocational Diploma
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field is preferred
Skills & Personal Qualities
Solid knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and HS coding standards
Extremely detail-oriented, highly accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customs/declaration software
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality of shipment and client data
