RESPONSIBILITY
General Ledger and Journal Entries
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reclassifications.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
Prepare VAT, withholding tax, intercompany reconciliation, cost allocation, and PPV analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Support internal/external audits and tax-related matters.
Accounts Receivable
Manage billing, AR reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
Monitor AR aging, collections, and outstanding balances.
Follow up collections and coordinate with related parties regarding payment status.
Prepare and record intercompany charging.
Treasury Management
Handle daily cash receipts/payments and banking transactions.
Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Perform bank reconciliations and treasury journal entries.
Support FX transactions, banking administration, and treasury compliance.
Fixed Assets
Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, and asset capitalization.
Manage asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and physical asset verification.
Support Capex tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, air conditioning, or FMCG industries.
Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, and month-end closing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT/WHT, cash flow, and fixed asset accounting.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.
Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
Good command of English
