We're looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager who can independently manage the company's overall finance, accounting, and taxation functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage the company's end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
Handle Finance, Accounting & Tax services for clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial advisory.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial closing.
Handle all tax matters, including tax calculations, reporting, and compliance (PPh, PPN, SPT, e-Faktur, Coretax, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, and clients.
Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions for both the company and clients.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
Able to independently handle the full cycle of Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
Experience in managing multiple client accounts or providing accounting/tax consulting services is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation.
Experienced in handling tax reporting and tax audits.
Brevet A & B certification is required (Brevet C is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical, leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
