Job Description :
Lead and manage the full employee and industrial relations strategy.
Design and oversee the Performance Management system, including KPI, appraisal and PIP Programs.
Develop Talent Management strategy : talent mapping, succession planning , and career path.
Drive Learning & Development programs and Organization & Culture Development initiatives.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Recources Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor law, and industrial relations.
Proven track record in performance management and talent development systems.
Execellent stratetig planning, leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Analytical, solution-oriented, and commited to continuous improvement.
Able to build trust and uphold professionalism across all levels of the organization.
