We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to support our coal mining operations by leading all aspects of human resources management. The successful candidate will partner with operational leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, managing industrial relations, and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.

  • Master's degree (preferred).

  • Professional HR certifications are an advantage.

  • English communication skills

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years HR experience, including 7 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in mining, heavy industry, oil & gas, or construction sectors.

  • Experience managing large site-based workforces and contractors.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in preparing, updating, and administering company regulations and policies.

  • Having good relationship with Employees and Villagers

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Experience in managing employee relations, community relations to support harmonious operations and operations sustainability.

  • Performance management systems.

  • Training and development programs.

  • Investigation and disciplinary case management.

  • Coordinate training, competency development, and leadership programs.

Leadership Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
