SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- With or without licensed
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch up and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Experience in residential and resort projects is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept Development: Work with clients to determine project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Design & Planning: Develop architectural plans, sketches, and 3D models using 3d software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning law, and safety regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to bring designs to life.
- Material Selection: Recommend sustainable and cost-effective materials for construction.
- Site Supervision: Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Problem Solving: Address design and structural challenges that arise during the project.
- Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary permits, reports, and construction documents.
