Daily Worker Host/Hostess

About the Role

PISON Group is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Daily Worker (DW) Host/Hostess to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience while assisting with seating arrangements, reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude

• Manage guest seating arrangements to ensure efficient table rotation and a positive dining experience

• Handle walk-in guests and assist with reservations according to company procedures

• Accompany guests to their tables and provide menus when required

• Maintain an organized and accurate waiting list during busy service periods

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely table availability

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant and its services

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area

• Assist in handling guest feedback or concerns by communicating with supervisors when necessary

• Support the Front of House team with other operational duties to ensure exceptional guest service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or in a customer service role is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods

• Willingness to learn and follow company service standards and procedures

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Basic English communication skills are preferred
