Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of UK/AU/US collections experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- Experience handling banking, financial services, credit card, mortgage, motor finance, or loan collections.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls for UK customers.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and provide suitable repayment solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
