Key Responsibilities
1. Multimedia Content ProductionDesign and produce graphic materials, videos, motion graphics, and digital content to support corporate communications.
Capture photos and videos of corporate events, executives, and key company activities.
Edit video content for internal and external communication channels.
Create infographics, presentations, and visual content to support corporate communication initiatives.
Produce communication materials for internal channels, including Town Hall meetings, CEO messages, company updates, and employee engagement activities.
Support communication initiatives related to corporate culture, company values, and employee engagement programs.
Manage and maintain internal communication and publicity materials across company channels.
Develop and produce communication materials that support corporate branding and enhance the company’s image.
Support the creation of promotional materials for CSR activities, investor visits, corporate events, and other organizational initiatives.
Ensure all communication materials comply with corporate identity standards and brand guidelines.
Support the production of communication materials for executive communications.
Capture photos and videos during meetings, corporate events, and other key organizational activities.
Produce highlight videos and event recap materials for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Multimedia, Video Production, Graphic Design, or related areas.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Video Production, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, and visual storytelling.
Good understanding of Corporate Branding, Brand Management, and Corporate Communication.
Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Strong creative thinking, visual design, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in corporate communication, employer branding, or internal communication is an advantage.
