? Identify and prospect large manufacturers across Samut Prakan, the Eastern Seaboard, and wider Thailand
? Get in front of production managers, procurement managers, and factory directors
? Figure out where and how they use abrasives - even if they have never bought from a specialist before
? Present products, run trials, follow up, and close
? Build long-term recurring accounts, not one-off orders
? Feed market intelligence back to the team

Practical requirements
1.At least 1-2 years of B2B sales experience - industry matters less than the ability to sell
2.Comfortable calling on and meeting with factory-level decision makers
3.Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Samut Prakan, the Eastern Seaboard, and wider Thailand
4.Professional English - able to report to and work with a Dutch manager in English daily
5.Thai fluency - your customers will be Thai
6.Comfortable with basic CRM or sales tracking tools
