Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager/Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sterling silver jewelry, excellent sales skills, and experience managing buyer accounts from Europe, America, or Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contributes to the expansion of our product offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build relationships with existing and new accounts, primarily in Europe, Australia, and Asia

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base.

  • Provide clients with product information, pricing, and support.

  • Negotiate contracts and handle order processing.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the product development and production teams to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and expand business opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, particularly in sterling silver, brass, and gold jewelry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the jewelry industry. If not, a dedicated and attentive fast learner is welcome.

  • Knowledge of sterling silver jewelry production and the international jewelry market.

  • Experience managing buyer accounts from Europe and/or Australia is highly preferred.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
