Note:
Quality Supervisor will be placed in our 1st plant, PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia - Malang.
Responsibilities:
Organize and implement product quality inspection and process quality monitoring;
Organize and implement process abnormal disposal, track and verify the processing results;
Assist in summarizing and analyzing inspection data, and track data anomalies;
Implement quality correction and continuous improvement, and track and verify the improvement effect;
Organize regular quality meetings and quality abnormality analysis meetings, and analyze, improve and track quality abnormalities;
Do a good job in the work arrangement, guidance, supervision, training and assessment of subordinate employees, and improve the business ability of QC team;
Daily inspection (such as compliance inspection in the workshop, QC work effect inspection, etc.).
Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Tobacco Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of Quality Management experiences in Manufacturing, including at least 2 years in team management or project leadership.
Proficient in quality management systems, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and HACCP principles. Knowledge of food/pharmaceutical regulations is preferred. Holders of Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification or Internal Auditor qualifications (e.g., ISO, GMP) are preferred.
Master the Six Sigma Green Belt or higher knowledge system and be skilled in applying quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA).
Proficient in Development and Communication (English Communication Skill - Must Have).
