Job Description
LEADERSHIP
- Manage accounting team efficiency through KPIs
- Address high-level concerns raised by accounting team members.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Monthly and quarterly financial reports to management (P&L, Balance sheets)
- Utilize financial projection tools to create department budgets
GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE
- Coordinate annual auditing requirements with external accountants
- Documentation of government-issued permits and licenses
Job Specificatiion
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5–8 years of professional accounting experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of government compliance and regulatory requirements
