Syarat Administratif & Dasar
- Usia 20 - 30 tahun.
- Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Dokumen KTP, CV, dan pas foto.
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun dibidang yang sama
Keterampilan Teknis (Hard Skills)
- Mengerti jenis biji kopi (arabika/robusta), proses pasca panen, dan profil rasa.
- Mampu mengoperasikan, kalibrasi, dan membersihkan mesin espresso.
- Menguasai teknik seduh seperti V60, French Press, atau AeroPress.
- Mampu mengolah susu dengan tekstur yang benar untuk latte atau cappuccino.
- Nilai tambah, meskipun bukan syarat mutlak untuk pemula
