We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the technical planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale coal-fired thermal power plant projects. This role serves as the project's technical authority, ensuring engineering deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to support procurement, construction, commissioning, and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Registered Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed)
- At least 12 years of total engineering experience in large industrial or power plant construction
- At least 8 years in engineering leadership roles on coal-fired power plant projects
- Proven experience working in EPC/EPCM environments for utility-scale power plant projects
- Strong technical leadership, engineering management, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
