Key Responsibilities

1. Event & Activation Management
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Events: Lead the implementation of on-ground marketing events, roadshows, troops, and sales-driving activations across Bangkok and upcountry provinces.

  • Support New Store Openings (NSO): Act as the core coordinator for grand openings, ensuring maximum local visibility, foot traffic, and customer engagement from day one.

  • Vendor & Agency Management: Source, brief, and supervise event organizers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality execution within specified timelines.

2. Marketing Communication & Local PR
  • Campaign & POSM Management: Oversee the production, distribution, and installation of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) in collaboration with the Store Operations team to maintain consistent nationwide campaign messaging.

  • Local PR & Influencer Engagement: Partner with local media, regional food bloggers, and micro-influencers to promote localized promotions, events, and new store updates.

3. Budgeting & Performance Tracking
  • Budget Control: Monitor and manage the marketing budget for each assigned event and communication project to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Gather data, track sales performance post-activation, and prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate event effectiveness and provide insights for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Event Management, Brand Activation, or Marketing Communications. Experience in QSR, Food & Beverage (F&B), or Retail industries is highly preferred.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected on-site challenges.

    • Creative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective negotiation abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for budget tracking, data entry, and reporting.

    • Strong In English
