Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company guidelines, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected accounts.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
