Key Responsibilities:
Build Brands
Lead the development of new F&B brands, shaping everything from brand identity, positioning, and storytelling to customer experience.
Create clear and actionable brand launch plans, annual campaign calendars, and long-term strategies that drive real growth.
Plan Smart. Execute Sharp
Lead the strategy — but also run with it. That means writing briefs, managing timelines, working with creatives, coordinating with operations, vendors, agencies even being on-site to make sure things go right.
Resourceful, adaptive, and can problem-solve fast without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Communicate with Strategy and Clarity
Work directly with leadership to present campaign plans, results, and insights.
Make decisions based on performance and market feedback and know when to pivot. Lead & Uplift the Marketing & Comms Team
Provide mentorship and direction to marketing and communication team members.
Build a collaborative and driven marketing culture that values ownership and creative execution.
Identify Growth Opportunities
Explore and lead brand collaborations, partnerships, PR, influencer strategy, and special projects that add value and visibility.
Keep a pulse on market trends and help the business stay ahead of the curve.
Brand Creative Direction
Oversee and ensure all creative assets, graphic designs, and marketing communications align with the brand identity, visual direction, and business objectives.
Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to Graphic Design, Content, and Communications teams to maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Balance creativity with business strategy by combining strong branding, aesthetics, consumer insights, and commercial thinking to drive brand growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years as marketing manager from food, bakery, or consumer goods industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, consumer behavior, and brand management.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret market data and insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment.
Proficiency in software, social media platforms, and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and creative direction to Graphic Design, Content, and Communications teams while maintaining brand consistency
High attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
