QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Classify “PAALALA” issued by heads and supervisors to there subordinates and determine who will be subject for counseling, hearing and conference (low efficiency, poor attendance, and rejects). Prepare “PAALALA” to employees in connection with attendance aspect.
2. Issues notices and schedules hearing, investigation, inquiry, meeting and conferences required in connection with reported employees grievances and violations. Records minutes of all hearings conducted.
3. Monitor the release and implementation of all decisions and disciplinary sanctions to erring employees.
4. Coordinates with heads / supervisors, union officers and group leaders in connection with all HRD and LR related activities.
5. Records, update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
6. Performs documentary audit on the following to ensure that information are accurate:
- government report for submission to TESDA and DOLE
- employees bank applications (ATM) for payroll purposes
- status of employees (Apprentice, Probationary, Contractual and Fix-Contract)
- employees’ attendance performance and personnel movement.

7. Process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees.
8. Conduct exit interview to resigning employees and recommend corrective actions on management policies, if any.
9. Audit tasks performed by HRMD Staffs to maintain updated records and ensure that procedures are being followed.
10. Assist in the implementation of company policies and safety guidelines in order to ensure a secure, conducive and healthy working environment.
11. Assist in the preparation of documentary requirements with regards to ISO
process, work instructions, etc. Member of the Core Group/.
12. Perform work meeting customers’ requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements and supporting achievement of quality objective of her unit, and consistent with the quality policy.
