Job Description
Source, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies while maintaining a high-quality KOL database.
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer outreach, negotiations, briefing, content review, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
Develop strategic influencer marketing recommendations tailored to client objectives, including influencer selection, campaign approach, content direction, budget planning, and proposal development.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using relevant KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Prepare campaign reports and present key insights, while staying informed of social media trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities to support continuous improvement.
Manage campaign budgets, influencer quotations, contracts, and payment processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with agreed terms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Account Management, or a related field.
Experience in sourcing, managing, and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, or talent agencies; an existing network is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, media, or influencer marketing agency is a plus.
Familiarity with influencer analytics tools and experience managing campaigns for multiple brands or clients is a plus.
