In this position, you'll answer incoming calls, explain our products in plain, simple language, work through customer problems, and aim to make sure every person hangs up feeling good about the interaction.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Starting each call with a positive and friendly attitude
Giving customers straightforward, truthful information about what we offer
Sorting out concerns as fast and smoothly as possible
Walking customers through account changes or service updates
Writing down clear and complete notes after every call
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
