This is what you can expect

• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations across the entire manufacturing process

- from state-of-the-art sheet metal processing machines and powder coating to the assembly of customized

air handling units

• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and output targets

• Initiate and drive process optimization as well as continuous improvement initiatives within the production

environment

• Analyze production workflows and implement measures to enhance efficiency, machine utilization, and overall

product quality

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners in Thailand and Germany

That‘s your qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment,

ideally related to sheet metal processing, machinery, or industrial assembly lines

• Strong understanding of modern production processes, manufacturing workflows, and industrial machinery

• Experience in troubleshooting production-related issues and optimizing manufacturing processes

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and performance standards

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Very good communication skills in both written and spoken English
