PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, a fast-growing company that develops and operates the tourism area Bintan Beach International Resort in Lagoi. We are looking for a highly motivated GENERAL PRACTITIONER (MEDICAL DOCTOR) candidate to join us in our winning team.
About the job:
Conducting medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for a wide range of health conditions
Prescribing and administering medications, as well as ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Providing emergency medical care and coordinating referrals to specialist healthcare providers as needed
Educating patients on preventive healthcare and promoting healthy lifestyle habits
Collaborating with the management team to enhance the overall healthcare services within the resort
What we're looking for:
A valid medical degree and license to practice as a General Practitioner/ Medical Doctor (STR, SIP, ACLS/ATLS, HIPERKES, and relevant)
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a general practitioner/ physician/ doctor in hospital or medical clinic
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients from diverse backgrounds and with intersecting parties
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
Adaptability and a willingness to work in shift, including weekends and public holidays
Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
