Job Description

1. Melakukan assessment risiko terhadap perubahan di production.

2. Menjalankan deployment release dan review.

3. Memastikan stabilitas layanan melalui monitoring resource dan traffic.

4. Memberikan masukan terhadap desain operasional aplikasi.

5. Membangun sistem monitoring dan anomaly detection.

6. Mengembangkan automation untuk aktivitas operasional.

7. Menyiapkan strategi Disaster Recovery (DR).

8. Berkoordinasi dengan stakeholder terkait penyelesaian problem production.

9. Menyusun Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

10. Berkomunikasi dengan Supervisor Operation Support dan Vendor.

Kualifikasi

1. Menguasai Linux.

2. Linux Shell Scripting.

3. Oracle Database.

4. Java Application.

5. WebLogic.

6. Mampu membaca log aplikasi Java.

7. Analisa transaksi aplikasi.

8. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik.

9. Nilai tambah menguasai Dynatrace & ELK/Kibana.

10. Memiliki basic programming menjadi nilai tambah.
