Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, prices, and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record and track all customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure a full resolution is achieved.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D1) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, friendly, and able to handle customer concerns under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- A team player with flexibility in working hours.
