📍 Location: Medan, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation activities, material delivery, and service requirements to support efficient network rollout and site deployment.
- Monitor project progress, site readiness, material availability, integration, ATP, and acceptance milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, EFS, ASPs, subcontractors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive subcontractor performance to achieve project targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Resolve implementation issues, customer complaints, and escalation points related to RAN and transmission deployment.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards, HSE requirements, and live network procedures.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications rollout, implementation, or deployment projects.
- Strong knowledge of site implementation, RAN and transmission installation, and integration activities.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors (ASP/SP) and managing field operations.
- Familiarity with Ericsson equipment, implementation processes, and network deployment standards is preferred.
- Good understanding of project coordination, quality control, and HSE compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
