Job Description:
Collect, analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business
Collaborate closely with the director and senior leadership team to translate data into actionable recommendations
Design and develop data visualisation, reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
Support the implementation of data-driven decision making across the organization
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization
Contribute to the development of data management and governance frameworks
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably from manufacture industry
Strong proficiency in data collection, analysis and interpretation using tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI or Tableau
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Willing to be placed in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
