We welcome candidates with English proficiency who bring creativity to the classroom through one or more of the following areas:

• Dance, Singing, or Storytelling/Public Speaking

• Digital Content Creation (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Social Media Content)

• Hands-on Learning Activities and Interactive Teaching Methods

Basic Requirements:

• Fresh graduate until 26 years old (single preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (PGSD)/Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or English Education (preferred). If you have a degree in another field, you must demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Competence in applying technology to enhance teaching and learning. Possess computing and design skills highly accepted

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at primary/preschool level (preferred).

• Passionate about teaching and genuinely enjoys working with children.

• Demonstrated teaching competencies: Classroom management, Lesson planning, Assessment tools, Familiarity with differentiated instruction, Creativity in teaching approaches



Desirable Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

• A collaborative team player who is hardworking, resilient, and innovative.

• Additional talents such as playing a musical instrument, dancing, singing, storytelling, etc. are highly appreciated.



As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for children. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across skills (literacy) and subjects, ensuring they align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. The teacher promotes cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development by using a variety of instructional strategies, interactive activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

In addition, the Teacher continuously monitors, evaluates, and documents each student’s academic progress and personal growth. They communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support student success. The teacher adapts instruction to meet diverse learning needs and encourages the development of essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, literacy, numeracy, and teamwork.
