Qualifications:
- Male/Female (Muslim).
- Maximum age 35, non-smoker, and in good physical and mental health.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for instructional purposes.
- Open to fresh graduates; teaching experience, internships, or assistant teaching experience are considered an advantage.
- Experience teaching Olympiad preparation, Cambridge curriculum, or UTBK-SNBT is a strong plus.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, strong communication skills, and genuine care for student development.
- Possesses good character, high integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and academic literacy.
- Able to utilize educational technology and implement innovative teaching methods.
- Capable of effective classroom management and fostering an inclusive, comfortable, and conducive learning environment.
- Willing to participate in training, coaching, and professional development, with a growth mindset.
