We are seeking a dynamic and market-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships while enhancing our brand value.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets
Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting, performance management, and staff development
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide strategic insights
Collaborate closely with product development, operations, and marketing teams to enhance product competitiveness
Oversee order management, pricing strategies, and ensure high-quality customer service
Participate in trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand exposure and sales opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail industry
Proven experience in team management with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth independently
Familiarity with international markets (e.g. US, Europe, Asia) and B2B business is an advantage
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
