Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the EV sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Develop EV?focused sales strategies, customer acquisition plans, and promotional activities

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, customer enquiries, test drives, and follow?up procedures

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for Sales Consultants

  • Analyse EV market trends, competitor models, pricing, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations

  • Maintain strong relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, and fleet partners

  • Coordinate with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to support EV launches and campaigns

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high standard of service throughout the EV buying journey

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Represent the company at EV exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events

  • Work closely with manufacturers on product updates, training, and sales programs


Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Experience in EV or automotive sales is a strong advantage

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Customer?oriented mindset with strong problem?solving abilities

  • Good command of English and Cantonese

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, especially for communication with manufacturers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

  • Strong understanding of EV products, charging solutions, and market trends preferred

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
