Omoway is an AI technology company focused on redefining mobility through intelligent electric vehicles (EV). We are currently preparing for the launch of our latest EV products in Indonesia.
We are looking for a Trainer who will be responsible for delivering and developing product and brand training for internal teams, dealers, and promoters.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts, and the capability to create engaging training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver product and brand training in a clear, engaging, and structured manner
•Develop and update training materials (PPT, scripts, and supporting content)
•Ensure consistent understanding of product knowledge across teams and dealers
•Translate technical information into simple, easy-to-understand explanations
•Support training activities for retail, dealer, and field teams
Requirements:
•Presentable, professional appearance with strong personal presence
•Excellent communication and public speaking skills
•Ability to deliver training in an engaging and effective way
•Ability to create and develop training materials independently
•Experience as a trainer, facilitator, or presenter
•Experience or familiarity with electric vehicles (EV) or automotive industry is preferred
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Point):
•Background or experience in automotive, electric vehicles (EV), or technology
•Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way
•Experience training sales teams, promoters, or dealers
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
