QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any 4 years course
- At least two (2) years experience working in a PEZA company
- Well knowledge in Import/Export document processing
- Knowledgeable in PEZA/BOC rulings, and in using a System
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:
- To handle the follow-up/receipt of shipping documents from overseas suppliers.
- Prepare EIP (Import Permit) and AEDS (Export Permit).
- Coordination with all brokers and forwarders for incoming air & sea shipments.
- Monitor & prepare the schedule of incoming and outgoing incoming shipments.
- Prepare and accomplish PEZA and BOC forms (8106, 8105, 8110/EZTS, Boatnote, and others).
- Monitor and submit a summary of TSAD to Finance.
- Verify shipping costs, duties, taxes, and related charges before processing payments.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on shipment status, import/export costs, and logistics performance.
- Any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
