Position : Product Manager Molecular Diagnostics
Location : Jakarta
Role Summary & Responsibility :
Develop marketing and sales plans.
Prepare product specific plans for inclusion in the long-term strategic plan.
Prepare an annual promotional/tactical plan indicating the strategic promotional activities planned.
Conduct product training, competitor information intelligence, and market trends to the sales force on an ongoing basis
Identify marketing opportunities based on medical information, market knowledge, and competitor knowledge.
Regularly update knowledge on the indication area by attending medical conventions and KOL interactions; understand treatment/market trends.
Set up a competitive pricing strategy and scheme to ensure market position and, hence, profitability of the assigned products.
Support of tender-related processes and activities.
Propose and develop sales campaigns in terms of discounts, bundling, packages, etc.
Implement the agreed activities stated in the marketing and tactical plan.
Coordinate closely with related distributor/s, all marketing strategies and tactical plans, and ensure execution on a monthly basis through operational meetings.
Monitor, evaluate and validate feedback from customers, market surveys, sales results, competitor activities, etc., and submit recommendations, when appropriate, on how product performance could be improved.
Development of support material.
Planning of logistics.
Prepare for the successful launch of new products.
Monitor performance, direct and control marketing budget.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Business in the related field.
At least 5 years of work experience in molecular diagnostics especially in IVD (HPV, HIV, Hepatitis and MTB) business field.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both Bahasa and English, verbal and written.
Good presentation skills, strong business, digital, and financial acumen.
Proven experience in responsibility for business planning and opportunity prioritization.
Consistently demonstrated professionalism with both internal and external customers and partners.
Proven commercial acumen with strong understanding of financials
Team management experience is not necessary but desired.
Competent in using computer software relating to jobs.
