QuickBooks Bookkeeper (part-time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our client's growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

The successful candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Capture and reconcile financial transactions
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Generate financial reports and management reports
  • Process invoices and supplier payments
  • Follow up on outstanding customer accounts where required
  • Maintain organized digital financial records and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with the accountant regarding financial information and queries
  • Ensure all bookkeeping is completed accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (essential)
