Responsibilities
· Handling HR functions, including recruitments & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and team building
· Prepare HR report, monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation & etc.
· Collect and input HR data accurately, prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
· Provide administrative support for daily operations, including office facilities, purchasing and documentation
Requirements
· Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
· 3-5 years of relevant HR/administration experience
· Good understanding of labour ordinances
· Proficient in MS Office, particularly in excel
· Mature, proactive, pleasant personality and well- organized
· Immediate availability is an advantage
