Need a full-cycle recruiter & talent acquisition pro to help scale growing creative startup (The Anti-Boring Project).RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our mission and business goals.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to posting listings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process.
Work closely with team to identify staffing needs and define role requirements. Provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities to prospective candidates.
Collaborate with our Operations Manager to develop engaging and informative onboarding materials that introduce new hires to our unique culture and processes.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

Proven recruitment experience, with a bonus for creative/startup backgrounds.
Expertise in Zoho Recruit is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Social media proficiency for recruitment purposes.
Strong communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility
