Key Responsibilities:

Manage group-wide GMS/AGM, corporate secretarial documentation, and ensure 100% timely submission of mandatory regulatory filings (OSS, BKPM, BPS).
Create standardized contract templates, establish compliance frameworks to mitigate legal risks, and oversee all corporate legal documents (deeds, licenses, permits).
Provide legal advice regarding organizational structures, restructuring, and new entities, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external government agencies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the legal team, optimize department workflows, and drive efficiency in external legal expenditure.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Master’s Degree in Law (M.H. / LL.M.) and must hold a valid Advocate License (PERADI).
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Advocate / Lawyer, with a proven track record in corporate law, licensing, and corporate secretarial duties.
Profound expertise in Indonesian Corporate & Commercial Law, strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and high integrity.
