1. Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan assignment/data penagihan

2. Menjalankan Strategi Penagihan yang dilakukan Sistem baik Whatsapp ,Telephonic ,dan Email

3. Melakukan monitoring secara langsung terhadap proses Predictive Dialer System.

4. Melaporkan hasil penagihan kepada pimpinan Project.

5. Berkoordinasi dengan Team Leader dan QA untuk meningkatkan proses penagihan.
