Position Summary

The Reporting Technician is responsible for processing, analyzing, validating, and archiving operational data collected from field activities. This role reviews incoming data, ensures data integrity and completeness, and produces accurate, high-quality reports and deliverables for customers and internal stakeholders. The Reporting Technician plays a critical role in transforming technical data into meaningful insights and professional documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & Analysis

  • Receive, organize, and manage incoming data from field teams.

  • Verify data completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving missing or inconsistent information.

  • Process and analyze data within established timelines to meet customer and project requirements.

  • Review data using specialized software platforms and tools.

  • Validate the integrity and quality of data used in reporting and analysis activities.

  • Develop and maintain best practices for data processing, report generation, and data archiving.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Document methodologies and technical findings.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports based on collected and analyzed data.\

  • Create draft reports for internal review and quality assurance.

  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to produce final customer-ready reports.

  • Develop supporting materials including charts, graphs, images, presentations, and other visual aids.

  • Organize and prepare final report deliverables in both digital and print formats.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all reports meet established quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Monitor personal work output for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Identify issues, recommend solutions, and support process improvements.

  • Maintain organized documentation and records for future reference and auditing purposes.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams to support reporting and data analysis activities.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data requirements, project updates, and report deliverables.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.

  • Support customer inquiries and assist in resolving reporting-related issues when needed.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in data processing, data entry, reporting, document creation, or related analytical work preferred.

  • Experience working with databases and data management systems is an advantage.

8:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Fridat
