WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Culture & Leadership
- Champion and strengthen Cooee's culture across the Iloilo office
- Coach and support team members while fostering growth and collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with local and international stakeholders
Operations & Workforce Planning
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities
- Lead workforce planning and resource allocation
- Manage onsite escalations and ensure operational excellence
Stakeholder Management
- Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with local and overseas teams to support business growth
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience in operations, office management, or workforce planning
