Job Description
Install and terminate copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, and cable management systems.
Perform cable testing and commissioning using Fluke Tester and OTDR.
Read and interpret technical drawings and network layouts.
Conduct troubleshooting, labeling, and installation documentation.
Ensure all work complies with project standards, quality, and safety requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Structured Cabling or Data Center projects.
Knowledge of UTP/Fiber Optic installation and termination.
Familiar with Fluke Tester, OTDR, and Fusion Splicer (preferred).
Able to read technical drawings and work independently or as part of a team.
Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.
BICSI Installer 1 (INST1), BICSI Installer 2 Copper/Fiber (INSTC/INSTF), or Fiber Optic Certification is an advantage.
