What You’ll Do
Drive the commercial merchandising strategy across multi-channel wholesale accounts to ensure product assortments, pricing, and launch executions align with brand objectives and financial targets
Develop channel-specific product assortments, manage product lifecycles, and validate competitive local pricing architectures while securing healthy profit margins
Lead the seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar, including seasonal buying preparation, commercial presentations, and the development of product toolkits for sales teams
Track order book performance, collaborate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, and implement action plans to optimize inventory health
Partner with cross-functional country teams (Sales, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising) to align commercial strategies and maximize overall sell-in and sell-through performance
Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior to provide actionable feedback to category management teams and capitalize on market opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in merchandising, retail buying, or product management (experience in the sports or fashion industry is highly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, sales performance, and inventory health into actionable future plans
Excellent networking and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to work effectively across internal and external regional teams
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate borderless-ly
Strong passion for sports, fashion, and sports culture
