We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and corporate mental wellbeing services. The role focuses on developing corporate clients, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Develop relationships with HR, Benefits teams, and corporate decision-makers
• Present EAP solutions to potential clients
• Achieve sales targets and grow regional revenue
• Maintain sales pipeline and activities in CRM
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Public Health or related field
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, EAP, or corporate wellness is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and local language
Work Setup
• 100% Remote
• Occasional travel may be required
