What You Will Experience:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow company's export sales in your designated region, especially for Far East Asia regions (China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, etc.)
Manage a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve ambitious revenue targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distribution partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordingly
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless customer service
Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership
Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch company's products and services
What is Required:
Substantial experience (10+ years) in an export sales leadership role, preferably within the paper/pulp industry
Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and growing market share in international markets
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
·Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities to identify new opportunities and adapt to market changes
Preferably candidates who are based in the Mojokerto area, East Java
Fluency in English is a must
Willingness to travel regularly to key markets within your regions
