At ETTA the Place Brawa, we believe every event should feel intentional, memorable, and effortlessly executed. From intimate celebrations and private dinners to community events, we're looking for a Head of Events who can bring ideas to life, lead with confidence, and deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the spirit of ETTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at ETTA the Place Brawa.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and proposal through execution and post-event evaluation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is understood and delivered beyond expectations.
- Work closely with the Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event operations.
- Develop event concepts, run sheets, floor plans, and operational timelines.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and event budgets while maintaining profitability.
- Source and manage external vendors, suppliers, entertainers, and production partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow event revenue through partnerships, promotions, and new event concepts.
- Ensure every event aligns with ETTA's service standards, brand identity, and guest experience.
- Monitor event performance, guest satisfaction, and financial outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain event SOPs, planning templates, and operational processes.
- Support pre-opening activities, including venue activation, launch events, and event sales strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or lifestyle venues.
- Proven experience leading and executing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive event sales and revenue.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written (required).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
